ABOUT FOUNDER

Tony Richards is founder and Principal of the Tony Richards Leadership Academy, a certificate-based leadership development program working with ministries, associations, and nonprofits in America, Africa, India, Indonesia, Japan, Haiti, and Pakistan. He served six years as the President/CEO of Impact Dakota, a manufacturing consulting group based in Bismarck, North Dakota. He is an author and motivational keynote, workshop, retreat, and webinar speaker specializing on leadership, attitude, and board governance. Tony has worked with small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Tony holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a master’s in management and a bachelors in anthropology. He serves on various ministry and nonprofit boards and is an associate to a government agency.
